The Pro Power program includes:

Power meter required (we’ll get you a great deal!)

Initial consultation (by phone or in person, depending on athlete’s location) to determine background, goals and current fitness level

Initial testing is done to determine fitness levels

Detailed training programs delivered every week, customized for each athlete

All workouts written in watts

Athlete emails ride/race data to coach on daily basis. This data is then analyzed and used to adjust training as needed in order to meet athlete goals

Unlimited phone and email contact initiated by athlete

Up to 5 revisions monthly to training program as needed

Fitness testing every 4-6 weeks, depending on time of year and cycle of program, to determine fitness progression and new training levels
