This is the economic solution for the athlete that needs training help but doesn’t want the expense of a full coaching package.
A one time consultation with the athlete is done to determine background, goals and fitness level. The athlete is then given a 12 week training program aimed at achieving those goals.
The Hands-Off program includes:
- Initial consultation with coach to establish goals
- 12 weeks worth of customized training for you
- 2 program revisions during training block
- 1 email per week of program
- 1 15 minute phone call per month of program
