Get your training where it needs to be.

After initial consultation to determine background, goals and current fitness level, the athlete is emailed weekly training programs. Unlimited phone and email contact is provided with coach for revisions and questions on the program. Programs will be changed as needed to accommodate “life” as schedule, etc. require.

If you are looking for that extra attention or are serious about achieving your goals then this is the program for you!

 The Pro HR program includes:

  • Heart Rate monitor required
  • Initial consultation (by phone or in person, depending on athlete’s location) to determine background, goals and current fitness level
  • Initial testing is done to determine fitness levels
  • Detailed training programs delivered every week, customized for each athlete
  • All workouts written in heart rate
  • Athlete emails ride/race data to coach on daily basis. This data is then analyzed and used to adjust training as needed in order to meet athlete goals
  • Unlimited phone and email contact initiated by athlete
  • Up to 5 revisions monthly to training program as needed
  • Fitness testing every 4-6 weeks, depending on time of year and cycle of program, to determine fitness progression and new training levels
  • Free bike fit at your convenience
  • Basic nutritional guidance
