This is the absolute best way to achieve your nutritional goals and give your athletic performance the jump it needs. After a Basic Nutritional Analysis (included in set-up), client is given weekly meal plans to optimize performance and/or weight goals. All meals are planned with complete nutritional and caloric information included. Athlete is given unlimited phone and email contact with Nutritionist for questions, concerns and changes as needed.

 $395 ($300 for existing fitness clients) per month
