This is a must for any serious athlete. After an
initial consultation regarding goals, questions and concerns, athlete submits a
3 day diet recall (2 week days, one weekend day). The diet is then analyzed for
caloric and nutritional content and a complete analysis is done. A print out of
all analysis, including a comparison of actual versus required needs of all
nutrients, vitamins, minerals and calories is included. Caloric content (macro
and micronutrient) is a big focus and discussed in depth. Recommendations are
given on diet alterations for performance and weight goals. Food suggestions are
also included.
