Fitness Boot Camp

If you live in the greater Chattanooga area and are looking to get in shape, boost existing fitness, or maybe pass your PT qualifications for the police, fire, or military, then we have the program for you!!  This camp meets 5 days a week, 1 hour a day, for 2 or 3 weeks, and we guarantee you will be in better shape when you are done than when you started!

 

 

 

 

 
Mark has put together a program over the last 12 years that is second to none!  This is a military-type boot camp that will get your muscles working and teach you how to train your brain to reach for goals you never thought possible before.  We have couch potatoes working out right beside professional athletes.  The program is about what you put into it, not what level of performance we expect out of you.  We meet rain or shine, so get ready to get dirty.

 

Camp Specifics

  • Meet M-F, 6:00-7:00am

  • Both 2 and 3 week long programs

  • Meet at River City Bicycles - 112 Tremont St., North Chattanooga

  • Meet outside - rain or shine

  • Bring a navy blue or black pair of shorts or workout sweats

  • A camp t-shirt is provided for you to keep

  • Workout mat

  • Running shoes

  • Because of the varied temps and weather, be prepared for anything and dress appropriately
